Cards
These cards are reproductions of original cyanotypes that I made based on plants and trees from my own yard and my neighborhood. Cyanotype is a sun print technique that was discovered in 1842. Paper (or another material) is treated with a mixture of iron salts, then covered with the object to-be-printed, and exposed to the sun, after which a negative print in blue emerges.
