Shipping
Orders are shipped within 48 hours with PostNL. Shipping costs for orders within the Netherlands are €4.40 for products that fit in a letterbox package, €6.35 for larger packages, and free for orders over €100. Shipping costs for orders outside the Netherlands vary based on weight and size. Shipping costs to Belgium are €5.40-10.00 and to Germany €4.75-8.40 (also free for orders over €100). Costs for other destinations are shown at checkout. If your country is not available for shipping, please get in touch and it can be added. 

Returns
You can return an order or part of an order within 14 days of purchase (by emailing info@fistandfern.nl). The products must be returned unused and undamaged within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer. Fist & Fern will then refund the invoice amount, including the initial shipping costs, to the consumer within 14 days of receiving the return.
