These soap holders are made of olive wood from old trees that no longer bear fruit and are therefore no longer needed for olive production. Each soap holder has a unique character due to the grain pattern. Olive wood is an extremely hard wood, much harder than European oak, and can therefore withstand a lot! To keep the wood beautiful in a damp environment, you can occasionally cover the soap holder with a little wood oil or simply olive oil.
Together with a bar of soap, this is a sustainable, natural, and hygienic alternative to liquid soap in plastic bottles. Perfect for anyone who wants to live as plastic-free and zero-waste as possible!

This soap holder can be attached to the bottom of a cabinet or shelf with a suction cup (first degrease the surface and lightly dampen the suction cup so it stays in place). This holder is primarily designed for vertical mounting. You can also use it horizontally with the suction cup against the wall for the shampoo bar or a piece of soap cut in half. The soap holder is approximately 5 cm long and 3 cm thick (size may vary slightly). One metal disc is included. If you lose the disc, you can always replace it with a bottle cap.
